Fiddleheads Restaurant is located in the heart of Oyster Bay Village.

Located in the heart of historic Oyster Bay, Fiddleheads has always been a mainstay of upscale seafood since it’s opening in 1998. Entering its 10th year under the new ownership of Bernie DelBello and Michael Ventre, the colorful restaurant still stresses seafood but does so with an imaginative new American accent under Executive Chef David Glatzerman.

Bernie, who has 28 years experience in the restaurant business (mostly as an owner previously of Newport Grill & Walk Street in Garden City) is a graduate of the prestigious Denver University of Hotel Restaurant Management, Denver CO. Together He and David are working to bring the highest quality dishes to the table. Everything is prepared in-house, including the desserts. Freshness and seasonality are stressed in the culinary creations as they are working to bring in locally grown produce and organic meat and fish. Non-seafood eaters fear not!  The offerings include a grilled Certified Angus Beef Sirloin Strip Steak, and a Hickory Crusted Loin of Pork to name a few.

But it doesn’t stop with the food. The extensive wine list has choices to fit all tastes without mortgaging the house both by the bottle and glass, featuring some hard to find, hand-picked wines with an emphasis on Long Island and California wines. If wine doesn’t do it for you we have a list of tempting martinis like our famous Pomegranate or Tequilatini.

All of this in a casual, unpretentious setting which hosts live music Tuesday & Friday nights in the intimate “lounge” room. The restaurant gets busy so make reservations ahead to avoid a long wait.
